Howard Altmann is a playwright and poet (Who Collects the Days, 2005) living in New York City. He has taught playwriting at Montclair State University and currently teaches poetry at the Bayview Correctional Facility in Manhattan. Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, he studied economics at McGill University and holds an MBA from Stanford University.
