Biography
Ken Slattery studied Drama & Sociology at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland. He moved to the USA in 2000, and self-produced his play American Irish in 2005. He has been a member of the PlayGround Writers Pool since 2003, and won the PlayGround Fellowship in 2009 and an Alumni commission in 2011. Truffaldino Says No was developed through PlayGround and was produced by Shotgun Players in 2012. Mr. Slattery has been a sketch comedy writer with Killing My Lobster (KML) since 2007; KML will produce his full-length play The Shakespeare Bug in 2013.
