Published Reviews

"Concise but powerful adaptation... It cuts through the narrative complexities of this tale of the French Revolution and foregrounds its deeper truths."

Chicago Tribune

"A great 90 minute show recommended to all."

Oak Park Journal (Chicago)

"Quite moving. This world premiere adaptation of A Tale of Two Cities is the story about the best and the worst in human behavior, and adaptor Laura Eason does a nice job of presenting this dichotomy as the complex reality that it is."

New City (Chicago)

"Recommended. In adapting the novel, Eason concentrates on mining the main storyline, and expertly molds the drama into a straightforward series of vignettes that gracefully capture the essence of Dickens' gripping tale."
